Death cleaning is, in its essence, downsizing your home and life as one prepares for end-of-life care. This process can take months to years, depending on the amount belongings that need to be sorted through and the decisions that need to be made. Death cleaning is very popular in Sweden, and there is a great book written by Margareta Magnusson that discusses this topic more.

I work for Morganize It Moving, a local, woman-owned moving company. Owned by a professional organizer, Morgan and I work together to provide downsizing and death cleaning support. We do this work as a pair intentionally – one of us holds the grief, and one will bring real-time strategy to the decisions you need to make.
